Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using karaoke rooms and bar (“Premises”) or the www.kakadukaraoke.com website (the “Website”) operated by Cherry Crow sp. z o.o., NIP 5214013913, with its registered office at 37 / 2.43 Domaniewska Street, 02-672 Warsaw, and the service (the “Services”) available at the KAKADU Karaoke venue (the “Premises”). Access to and use of the Service and the Premises is subject to acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions apply to all guests, users and other persons who access or use the Service and the Premises.By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Any person making a reservation on https://booking.kakadukaraoke.com or by phone with one of our staff members is required to read these Terms and Conditions and to pass them on to the other participants in the party.
2. While at Kakadu Karaoke, participants are obliged to follow these rules and regulations and the instructions of the staff.

3. Room reservations:

Reservations can be made using the form on the website https://booking.kakadukaraoke.com, via email by writing to info@kakadukaraoke.com or in person at the premises. When making a reservation, please specify:

• The name of the person making the reservation,
• contact phone number,
• number of participants,
• the size of the selected room and/or its name,
• date and time of reservation,
• email address,
• payment method,
• additional information, including but not limited to participants’ language other than Polish, invoice details, etc.

4. The reservation must be confirmed by paying the fee specified when making the reservation.

5. Making a reservation requires payment of 100% of the reservation value of the room in question.

6. Payment can be made immediately after making the reservation (reservation through the website) or by bank transfer (reservation via e-mail reservation).

7. After paying for the reservation, the customer will receive a message about the reservation of the given room date.

8. The reservation can be changed and rescheduled no later than 7 days before the reservation date. 

9. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the date of reservation, the deposit will not be returned. 

10. On the day of the party or the day before, one of the staff may call the number provided during the reservation to confirm attendance.

11. Failure to confirm the reservation by not paying will result in cancellation of the reservation.

12. Room rates:

• All rooms have a certain price depending on the number of people scheduled, day of the week and time. These prices are not negotiable.
• In the event that the number of guests is less than the specified number of guests in a room, the room rate indicated in the price list will apply.
• In the event that the number of guests is greater than the specified number of guests in the room, the price for the corresponding number of people as indicated in the price list will be charged.

13. Number of people in the rooms:

• For the comfort and safety of guests, each room has a certain optimum number of guests and a maximum number of guests.
• The optimum number of guests means the number of guests that can entertain simultaneously in a room without a surcharge.
• The maximum number of guests means the maximum number of guests that can entertain in a given room. If the optimal number is 6 and the maximum number is 8, a maximum of 8 people can play in the room at the same time. The 7th and 8th person must buy an admission ticket at the prices specified at the bar.

14. Dates and time of room bookings:

• The date and the time of the booking are linked to the room prices
• The booking starts exactly at the time indicated on the reservation. If the booking begins at 8:00 pm, guests will be admitted to the room at 8:00 pm, and the hour-long fun will end at 9:00 pm.
• In order to take advantage of the full hour of fun, participants should appear at the premises before the start time. If one or more participants are late, individuals will be ushered into the room, but the cost of the booking will not change. 
• In the case of bookings longer than one hour, customers are given additional time in the room that would otherwise be spent cleaning the room. Example: if the booking starts at 8:00 p.m., guests will be allowed into the room at 8:00 p.m. The first hour of fun will end at 9:00 p.m., and the second hour will end at 10:15 p.m. The exact time of fun will be visible in the booking panel and in the information about the reservation made. 

15. It is forbidden to enter other people’s rooms. Persons violating this rule may be expelled from the premises.

16. The person making the reservation is responsible for:

• the behavior of all party members during their stay at the premises.
• Informing the party members of the rules of the premises.
• accounting for the cost of the party at its conclusion.
• accounting for any physical or property damage done by party members during their stay at the premises.

17. Security Rules:

• The venue staff is not responsible for items left or lost while on the premises.
• Persons suffering from epilepsy should contact the premises staff before playing.
• In case of failure to comply with the points of the rules and/or recommendations of the premises staff, the staff has the right to ask guests to leave the premises. In such a case, no refund will be given.
• The premises is not responsible for damage to property and personal injuries caused by the fault of the participants.
• To the extent not covered by these rules, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply accordingly.
• Participants of the game undertake not to obstruct or disturb other people using the premises.

18. Age of the participants of the game:

• Kakadu Karaoke is a fun place for people of all ages, but to ensure the comfort of the fun, age and time restrictions have been introduced.
• Persons consuming or purchasing alcohol on the premises must be of legal age. Employees have the right to ask for ID to verify the age of people on the premises.
• No alcohol may be consumed in a room with persons under the age of 18.
• Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the premises without an adult.
• After 6:00 pm, only adults are allowed in the premises.

19. Events For Children:

• Various events for children, such as birthdays, can be organized at the premises.
• Pricing for the number of participants is the same for adults as for children.
• For safety reasons, a certain maximum number of children and one accompanying adult can stay in the rooms.

20. Food and alcohol sets:

When making a reservation, you can order certain sets of drinks, spirits, beverages and food. Purchased sets will be waiting for guests in the room at the start of the party or will be brought to the room at the start of the party. Kits available online may not be available to order at the venue. The venue has a separate menu and only the drinks and food specified on the menu can be purchased at the venue.

21. Vouchers:

• We have a Gift Voucher that can be purchased at the venue, online at the website, or ordered by phone or email. You can choose any value of the Voucher.
• Each Voucher receives a unique code confirming its value and is stored in our database. When you make an online reservation, you can use a given Voucher and its value will be deducted from your final bill.
• A gift Voucher remains valid for six months from the date of purchase.

22. Personal Information:

• When booking a room through the website, you must provide us with your personal information necessary to process your order, i.e. your name, email address and phone number. If you book a voucher by courier or mail, you also give us your address. If you request an invoice, we also receive personal information from you. Thus, by making a reservation in our system, you automatically consent to their processing for the purpose of making the reservation and for marketing purposes related to the Kakadu Karaoke offer.

23. General provisions:

• You may not bring your own drinks or food on the premises. If venue staff sees alcohol, soft drinks or food brought in from outside the room, these items will be confiscated and the group will be asked to leave the premises.
• Please drink alcoholic beverages in a reasonable manner.
• Premises staff may refuse service to persons who are drunk, aggressive, vulgar or under the influence of drugs for the sake of other guests. In such cases, such persons will be asked to leave the premises and their reservation will be forfeited. 
• The premises has a zero tolerance policy regarding drugs. Drug consumption is strictly prohibited on the premises, and persons suspected of violating this rule will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Premises staff may refuse to sell alcohol to individuals out of concern for the safety of them, other guests and the premises staff. 
• The area of the entire premises, especially the karaoke rooms, are monitored at all times. Recordings are kept on the premises for 30 days. 
• Smoking, cigars, cigarettes and all electronic cigarettes is prohibited on the premises.
• Please be quiet after leaving the premises, especially after 10:00 pm.
• We reserve the right to charge for damage caused intentionally or negligently, for lost or stolen equipment, and for smoking or drug use on the premises.  If you would like to review our list of damage costs, please email us.
